Hi my name is Louise Caporaletti and I’m a career and life coach. Why would a long-time “top 1% producing Realtor leave that success to become a career and life coach? Over the years I most enjoyed helping people into a new and better life. The skills required for success in my former career uniquely equip me to powerfully coach individuals through transition: Listening, negotiating, creating and completing a plan, overcoming challenges, pulling amazing resources from a huge sphere of influence and most importantly, being in touch with your strengths, believing in yourself, imagining, envisioning and moving into a better future. I started my career as a professional real estate agent without any clients. The family of my daughter’s best friend was selling their home. So as a green horn I went to visit them and asked for the opportunity to sell their home. I was told, “NEVER! You have no experience.” Swallowing my feelings of big-time rejection, I replied, “Thank you, but I am the perfect person because you will have my undivided attention 24/7, I will devote and spend all of my time working with you and I have the incentive and the need to succeed and prove to you that I CAN do this.” So began my new and successful career. Because of this experience I knew that I would mentor those who were starting their own careers in the face of similar challenges. I have been responsible for launching many stars because I taught them what I had learned. In addition, they knew they could count on me because I have a track record of success and, most of all, because I CARED! |
